How It Works
- Our team becomes an integral part of your team with clear goals and milestones agreed before the engagement commences.
- Our staff can liaise directly with your Managers/Partners. Alternatively, our staff liaise directly with your client using an email address of your firm.
- The key to successful outsourcing is strong professional communication and coordination of the assignment.
- Either you can coordinate a member of your staff liaising directly with our staff, or we can provide this function.
- The client relationship remains with you, you are simply outsourcing the audit work.
- You give our team remote access to a specific drive that only contains information in respect of clients we are working on.
- Our team completes the work. Our team completes all appropriate areas and signs off that the work has been completed.
- On completion, we perform internal quality check before delivering the work. Once all done, we communicate with your Manager/Partner informing them the work is complete and ready for your review.
- Your Manager reviews the work as normal. If they have any queries they put these questions in writing to our us.
- All outstanding issues are resolved and the Manager/Partner signs off, job done.
